We provide consulting engineering and design services out of offices in Copenhagen, Harwell, Zurich, Singapore, Melbourne and Perth. Our team of 125+ people represent a truly international and dynamic environment and undertake projects worldwide. We deliver projects within energy recovery from waste (combustion and other thermal treatment technologies), generation of biogas, waste sorting and carbon capture. </p><p>As Bid and Business Development Consultant at our Copenhagen/Ørestad office, you will work together with our project managers, technical specialists and an international business developers on bids and day-to-day sales activities.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be</strong>:</p><ul><li>Development of outstanding proposals for Danish and international Energy from Waste and Carbon capture projects</li><li>Together with the proposal managers, project managers and technical experts take responsibility for ensuring a smooth proposal process and the preparation of excellent technical and commercial proposals</li><li>Support our Sales Competence Team</li><li>Bring new ideas and methods regarding business development, sales procedures and client relation management into the team</li><li>Ensure our business development and proposals are compliant with Ramboll’s internal project tools and guidelines</li><li>Support the project team during project start-up securing a seamless hand-over of the project from the proposal team to the project team.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>You are global business engineer, cand.merc. or a similar education. You were among the top 10% in your class</li><li>You want to bridge the gap between technical disciplines and sales</li><li>You are good in, and like, writing technical proposals and reports</li><li>3-5 years of professional working experience would be advantageous but it is not a requirement</li><li>You like to work as part of a team</li><li>You are reliable, self-reliant and you have a structured way of working</li><li>You have excellent Danish and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
