Do you enjoy interacting with a diverse set of colleagues around learning and development and are you more organised than most people?
As Training Coordinator in Group People & Culture, you will join the Leadership & Development team and support with a wide range of administrative and coordinating tasks all contributing to creating the best possible foundation for learning and upskilling of employees in Saxo.
You will join our team in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.
Responsibilities
This position offers a great opportunity to take ownership of your tasks, ensuring structured and professional support and administration within learning and development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a newly created role, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively shape the position in collaboration with colleagues.
These are some of the key tasks, but the specific responsibilities may vary depending on organisational needs and the candidate profile:
- Plan and coordinate learning experiences for colleagues across Saxo
- Support of learning and development activities in general
- Track and monitor employee participation and completion of mandatory training
- Manage our learning management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date training records to follow mandatory requirements
- Support in creating engaging learning paths in our learning management system
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding our learning management system, training requirements and access to learning resources
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who is eager to join our dynamic team, comprised of engaged and talented individuals. The ideal candidate should be energised by working collaboratively with the team and key stakeholders across Saxo to deliver on a wide range of tasks and projects, contributing to our collective success.
You have experience from working in a similar administrative position, preferable within learning and development.
You must be able to manage and coordinate multiple training programs, schedules, and resources efficiently while being flexible and able to adjust to changing needs and priorities.
You possess technical skills in people systems, along with the ability to effectively communicate in English. Proficiency in learning management systems and the MS Office suite is essential for this role, as it directly contributes to the successful execution of responsibilities.
