This is a hybrid role with some attendance required in the office together with occasional travel to our affiliate in Denmark. Clinical Development Centre (CDC) Denmark in the Danish affiliate of Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing back-office activities, such as project management and administrative tasks on clinical trials across nine countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland). We are now looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join the team. The Position You will be based in Austria and provide clinical trial administration support to the Austrian team part of the time and across nine CDC DK countries part of the time. In this role you will work with CDC Trial Managers and CRAs within nine CDC DK affiliates involved in assigned clinical trials. You will:
  • Support CRAs in trial preparation, execution and finalisation to facilitate the process towards timely clinical trial deliverables of required quality
  • Be a member of the trial team and have a significant role in supporting trial related tasks in a proactive and independent manner
  • Ensure oversight of trial documentation for assigned clinical trials, covering all involved affiliates within CDC DK.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, life science or equivalent preferred
  • English and German verbal and written skills proficient level
  • Experience in clinical research or knowledge of the clinical trials environment – ICH GCP, regulatory issues, SOPs
  • It will be considered as an advantage if you have knowledge in Veeva Vault, Trial Master File and CTMS.
