With direct reference to the Head of Service Management in our Solution and Service Delivery division, you will become a part of a team that plays a crucial role in shaping the future of services at Kamstrup through leading and participating in new product and solution development projects. We work towards securing value creation in every service and delivery by taking responsibility for the project from development over designing and building to ensure continuing improvement of operation. You will become part of a team characterized by a high level of competencies and ambitions and you will get the chance to make a profound impact in paving the way forward in evolving the discipline of services in Kamstrup.
Secure best-in-class customization of new services and solutions
In the position as Project Manager, you will lead or co-lead development projects to ensure a smooth and complete handover of new solutions and services to the Solution and Service Delivery organization. You will be focusing on delivering both basic product related services and advanced X-as-a-Service offerings in partnership with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Technology, and Sales. As a member of a newly formed team, you are also expected to contribute valuable insights, sparring, and expertise to the team.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
There are many entry points to this position, but to excel in this position we imagine that you have a relevant technical background, for example as an engineer or an IT related education. Alternative you have a commercial background combined with a keen interest in technical products and IT. You have a minimum of two years of experience with project management and are familiar with the fundamental project management principles and toolbox. With your methodical and analytical approach, you are excellent at creating an overview, plan, scope, and follow-up.
It is considered an advantage but not a requirement if you have gained knowledge and customer insights from working with/in the electricity, district heating, and/or water sector or have worked with converting pure software or hardware into international service offerings and deliveries.
As a person, you are structured and have a high focus on time consumption and the quality of your project deliveries. Your strong communication skills provide you with great stakeholder management skills throughout all organizational levels and departments.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.
