Manage our store concept development and implementation
We are looking for a new colleague to our Global Marketing team with an ambitious mind, an inspiring positive attitude to manage our store concept development and implementation and thereby contribute to deliver life-changing hearing care and make Audika Group the global leader within hearing care.

As Store Development Manager, you will take on an active role in developing and implementing our store concept. Together with the teams in the markets you will contribute to guarantee our best store experience.

Furthermore, you can look forward to an exciting array of responsibilities:

  • Management and optimization of our store concept and design
  • In-store customer journey research and mapping
  • Refurbishment of stores across markets
  • Maintain global store development standards and branding
  • Refine and improve work processes and standardization regarding store design
  • Ensure timely forecast, production and shipping of fixtures and furniture to markets
  • Mediate with markets from development appraisal approval and hand over date from landlord, until store opening.

Your backpack
We imagine that you hold a relevant master’s degree and have some years of experience from either a similar position, or maybe from working in the retail consultancy industry. Most importantly you bring a can-do-attitude and a profound strategic, commercial, and creative mindset. We expect that you are a strong project manager, are used to drive the store concept development and execution end to end to secure efficiency and best practice.

As interacting with multiple stakeholders is part of your day-to-day activities, we expect you to build and maintain relationships across the organization. You have excellent collaboration skills and a desire to work together with people. You take initiative and decision-making comes naturally to you, as does the ability to think ahead and identify opportunities for improvement within your area of responsibility.
