IT Business Solutions Analyst - Global IT, Demant
Do you want to work in projects centralized around connecting businesses? Would you like to ensure seamless integration and effective data exchange between Demant’s business entities and their trading partners? And have you worked as with IT within a retail, wholesale, or manufacturing company?
You will be joining our Global IT Organization which has more than 400 employees with main hubs in Denmark, Poland, North America, and Asia Pacific region. This organization plays an essential role when it comes to reaching the business goals of Demant.
Work with EDI & Print solutions across our entire business
In your daily work you will act as a liaison between our ERP teams, our EDI vendors and business stakeholders to understand the objectives, requirements and needs of any given electronic data interchange project. This is all done to streamline our business processes as part of our digital business transformation. Furthermore, you will play an important role in our upcoming global labeling print project called FUEL. Here you will be working together with our vendors and ensuring that our future solution meets business and regulatory requirements.
Your main Responsibilities
You will address and specify technical and requirements including integration needs. Your key tasks in the role to:
• Take ownership of the EDI solutions area and coordinate EDI activities
• Understand and document complex business processes
• Take part in the implementation of Print Solutions across the entire business of Demant
• Sparring with our IT architects, consultants, and developers
• Work in different EDI and Print related projects
As our new IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will be a part of Integrations, Print and RPA team which contains 14 people who design and deliver and supports multiple IT solutions. You will have daily contact with team colleagues and peers in other IT teams and business functions.
From the stakeholder perspective you will be the one translating the business needs into IT requirements. This means that you will be discovering possible gaps and eventually recommend solutions that enable our organization to achieve its digital goals. You will also ensure seamless integration and you will become part of a global digital transformation. From an IT perspective you will be the one to go to, to acquire a better understanding of the business requirements and the one who validates and verifies that requirements are fulfilled.

Hands on experience with ERP solutions
We expect you to have a bachelor or master’s degree in IT, business, or economics or similar. Most likely, you have hands-on experience with ERP solutions from a business or an IT department, where you have worked with IT solutions in a large international company maybe in retail, wholesale or the manufacturing industry. Maybe you are already an IT Business Solution Analyst, IT Consultant, or an IT Superuser looking for new challenges. Regardless of your background, you have operated in an international environment.
As a person, you are highly responsible on, easy going and able to communicate easily with colleagues at all levels – no matter where they are based around the world. Furthermore, interpreting, understanding, and solving complicated problems is second nature to you.
