Do you want to contribute to the continued development and growth of Demant while being close to the decision making? We are seeking a Project Manager to drive our operating model and enhance our ways of working globally. You will contribute to shaping the future of Group Services at Demant while applying your facilitation and analytical expertise in Project Management.
Pioneer and enhance Group Services ways of working globally
As the parent company, Demant supports its business areas by setting the strategy and providing a strong Group Services organization entailing Finance, HR, IT and Corporate Functions consisting of more than 1,000 employees globally.
We are growing in an ever-changing world with more requirements and complexity, and our ways of working (operating model) within Group Services have been enhanced for optimal performance. The ways of working require structure in service deliveries, business area deliveries, core deliveries and, finally, group standards and policies for each function. Each function also has a clearly defined governance with Boards and Communities.
We are looking for a committed Project Manager to drive changes and to ensure the consistent application of a structured way of working in Group Services across all functions.
The job
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
These responsibilities includes that you take on appropriate leadership for necessary change management activities as the ways of working roll out in the organization.
You will be part of a small team, Group Services process management team, that has recently been established. You will be instrumental in making the implementation of the operating model a success.
You will report to the Vice President of Executive Office and Corporate Strategy. The team is a part of Corporate Functions. You will be based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum on the outskirts of Copenhagen.
Project manager with analytical and facilitation skills
You have a relevant degree and proven project manager experience. You may previously have been working in another company with Group Services or as a consultant in a top-tier consultancy focused on operating models.

- Proactively driving the ongoing development and implementation of the Group Services’ ways of working, aligning with the overall strategic agenda.
- Guiding and assisting individual Group Services functions, with an initial focus on the HR function, to develop their detailed operating models and processes.
- Supporting the technology platform for the operating model, offering information on the operating model, an overview of Group Services processes, and clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Maintaining the operating model's efficiency and ensuring adherence.
- Promoting continuous improvement in coherence across Group Services processes.
- Ensuring communication and training on the operating model throughout the organization.
