As a Senior Global Trial Manager, you will manage and be responsible for various operational aspects of clinical trials within our development portfolio. These trials involve collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across our international organization, requiring effective teamwork with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will typically oversee one clinical trial at a time.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials in alignment with project goals, plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational deliverables crucial to the successful execution of clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements and legislations.
• Communicate trial progress and issues to relevant stakeholders and record them in relevant systems.
• Manage risks and resolve issues collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and consistency within Clinical Operations. Qualifications
To be a great asset to our team you will have:
• A MSc or BSc degree in Natural or Health Sciences and, at least, 3 years of direct experience managing clinical trials for investigational drugs.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and excellent planning abilities.
• Experience in project execution and problem-solving.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a person you are a proactive, enthusiastic, and confident individual who can manage multiple tasks to meet personal and team goals. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are known for your high performance, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. In the Cardiovascular, Kidney & Alzheimer's Disease (CKAD) area, we focus on advancing our portfolio in serious chronic diseases such as Cardiovascular Diseases, CKD, and Alzheimer's Disease. Our clinical trial activities align with the company's strategic priorities, covering a range from early phase 1 trials to extensive phase 3a programs and phase 3b/4 life cycle management for marketed products.
Our trial management teams in Clinical Operations drive and oversee the planning and execution of phase 1-4 clinical trials within the area.
