HVAC is one of the prerequisites for compliant pharma production. As a HVAC Professional, you will play an important role in ensuring Aseptic Filling Facilities operate compliant and efficiently at the Novo Nordisk production sites world-wide. Additional tasks include supporting our sites in HVAC design, qualification, and operations. Key responsibilities include: Support in qualification of technologies and improvements across the organisation. Participation in troubleshooting and support in general. Maintenance of global corporate documents and procedures. Implementing new processes and procedures. You will be cooperating with colleagues from different cultures, with different areas of expertise and at different organizational levels. You will be working out of Søborg, Denmark, but occasional travel may be required. Furthermore, there will be plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities, growth, and development. Qualifications Your experiences include: Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years expertise within one or more areas within design, maintenance, validation, control, and monitoring of HVAC in aseptic production. Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements for HVAC. Experience with validation and re-validation. Strong analytical and statistical skills. High sense of quality with the knowledge of how to handle Quality Management System documentation. As a person, you are service minded, goal oriented and a strong team player. You are used to and thrive working in a dynamic environment and can prioritise between many important tasks. You set a pride in providing excellent support to colleagues and are fluent in written and spoken English. About the department
Injectable Finished Products Manufacturing Development (IFP ManDev) is anchored in Product Supply and globally address 19,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. The responsibility of IFP ManDev is global product and process support and site improvement projects across the production network. You will be working in a team with dedicated professionals and specialists within different aspects of aseptic production; three of these colleagues have HVAC as their area of expertise. We support both running production and new projects and are as well involved in the development and implementation of new technologies in HVAC. We interpret external Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and ensure global harmonization. As part of this, we support the sites with creation of documentation such as global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Requests and Deviations. The department is responsible for the creation of global training and for knowledge sharing with our production sites.
