WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU
We are now looking for a strong Online Range Specialist with a digital mindset and a commercial drive. You have extensive experience with HTML, CSS and CMS-systems, along with in-depth understanding of and practical experience with SEO. You have worked with UX and user journeys, which is why you can make business decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data from e.g. GA, A/B split tests and user tests.
You have a strong sense of business, which allows you to understand where we can improve and develop the business and our conversion rate.
Furthermore, we prefer if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in the field from an agency, webshop or a relevant education
- A keen interest and insight into the market and current market-trends in the field
- Great stakeholder management skills ensuring great collaboration across the business
- Knowledge of the IKEA-range or an in-depth interest in home-furnishing
- Fluent in Danish and English – written and orally.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In the role as Online Range Specialist you will belong to the selling team. You are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the E-commerce channel by contributing actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers – especially within the kitchen core area. You are also responsible for encouraging existing customer to shop more frequently and in larger volumes, by offering and optimizing the best shopping experience through leveraging the home furnishing competence and commercial advantage of the IKEA concept.
Your responsibilities will entail, but not be limited to:
- Act as a member of the e-commerce team – while belonging to the selling team - and proactively contribute to selling and e-commerce plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
- Be responsible for securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules
- Be responsible for maximizing the online sales and sales margin of the range in collaboration with Selling
- Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer
- Contribute with insights to key stakeholders in the market and the global matrix on how to improve the multichannel customer experience
- Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work pro-actively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level
