Zetes have 30 offices in EMEA and more than 1200 employees. 80% of the top 500 European supply chain companies rely on us as their trusted advisor to optimize their business process execution. For our Danish organization we are now looking for an experienced native Danish speaking BDM, who can grow and develop our market share within T&L and Warehousing. Ideally the candidate should have Supply Chain and software experience. Alternative you have been selling ERP, SaaS solutions or similar. You can be located all over Denmark. Job description

With reference to the Country Manager the main task is selling solution to middle /larger companies in Denmark. With special focus on Supply Chain.You can work from a home office oruse the office in Vejle or Malmø. The position contains among others the following tasks:

  • Drivesales process fromlead generation, meetings with clientsandnegotiations to the finalconclusion of theagreement.
  • Building your ownclient portfolio.
  • Developsales strategyforowncustomer/solution segment.
  • Budget Responsibility.
  • PrepareBDMplans for selected
  • Ensurestrongvisibility in the market.
  • Contribute to the developmentofinternalsales processes.
  • Internalbriefingand handover ofprojectsto colleagues.

Goals – short term

Understanding the company, products, colleagues, processes etc.
Establish an overview on the market.
Arrange first client meetings.
Build go-to market plan for Zetes core solutions focust on T&L and Warehousing.

Goals – long term

Drive sales process and close opportunities.
Achieve gross margin goals (budgets).
Increase sales of Zetes core solutions (license sales).

Ideal candidate profile

Ideally the candidate should have Supply Chain and software experience. Alternative you have been selling ERP, SaaS, Tracking-Warehouse-, Barcode- or Automatisation-solution. You have min. 3-5 years sales experience with selling highly (complex) solutions. Plus, experience with technical advice and solution selling.

You are located in Denmark and are a native Danish speaker. You are open for supporting customers all over the country. You can work from home or use the office in Vejle or in Malmø.

You enjoy working independently and operate the entire sales process. You have distinctly good analytical skills and a special ability to understand the client’s business. You can take an equal dialogue with decision makers at different levels and with different professional backgrounds. You are self-motivated and enterprising and thrive in a busy environment with exciting tasks. You work in a structured, consistent and effective. You are in control and take pride in having control over the details of your tasks.

It is important that you have a strong personality and good communication skills and a positive and constructive approach to working with colleagues and external relations. You are a native Danish speaker and have excellent English skills. In addition:

  • You are eager and energetic.
  • You have a big hunger and thrives in a performance driven organisation.
  • You like to have hands on and used to do things by him self
  • You are persistent with desire to learn and understand the industry.
  • You have a solid business understanding and insight with ability to advice the clients.
  • You are a team Player with capacity to cope with in a smaller organization.
  • You have an Ability to build his own client portfolio from scratch.
  • You have a driver license and use to work with MSN Office, CRM etc.
