Can you take the technical lead in projects?
If your core competence is Medical Device development and you have interest in a technology lead role within drug device combinations products, here is an opportunity to unfold all of your skills in a job with extraordinary influence and impact. As part of LEO Pharma’s quest for becoming the world’s preferred dermatology care partner we want to develop new, innovative medical devices in close collaboration with external partners. We have a good basic foundation and exciting projects in our pipeline, but we need you to help us take the next leap forward.
Development projects
Your overall focus is to contribute to the development of injectable treatments with user friendly and differentiated injection solutions based on thorough user and stakeholder understanding. As Principal Scientist you will act as spear head and set the future standards for device technology within the device area in LEO.

Injection Devices – your new team
You will join a team of skilled colleagues in Injection Devices based at LEO Pharma’s HQ in Ballerup. Our responsibility covers product solutions across medical devices, drug-device combination products and device constituent parts from early ideation to market launch.
The ambition is to grow as LEO Pharma is developing and expanding the presence in the injectable biologics area. We see the sky as the limit, and we are basically ready to go wherever our opportunities might take us.

- Act as technology spearhead in injection device development projects
- Act as Project Manager on early stage projects
- Ensure uncompromised focus on user needs and product requirements
- Secure good collaboration with external and internal stakeholders

- A university degree in Engineering or related
- 8+ years’ experience within medical device technology
- Experience with drug-device combination products
- Project management/coordination experience
