Join our Global Talent Acquisition team
You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team within our People and Culture department. The overall team is spread across our offices around the world. In the global Talent Acquisition team, we are 5 colleagues, among which a dedicated Researcher in the EMEA region who will work closely with you when needed to source and qualify candidates for key position.

Ensure effective recruitment processes of high quality
As our new recruiter specialist, your overall mission is to support hiring managers across the EMEA region and to drive full recruitment processes ensuring progress, and that we are compliant in our recruitment processes in terms of professional handling, candidate experience, ethics, GDPR etc.
Specifically, your tasks include:
Experienced recruiter with strong business understanding
With your flair for juggling several tasks and projects at the same time whilst driving progress and staying goal oriented. Planning and organization runs in your blood as well as your well-developed ability to diplomatically pull information from and request action from your stakeholders to keep momentum.

Ensure effective recruitment processes of high quality
As our new recruiter specialist, your overall mission is to support hiring managers across the EMEA region and to drive full recruitment processes ensuring progress, and that we are compliant in our recruitment processes in terms of professional handling, candidate experience, ethics, GDPR etc.
Specifically, your tasks include:
- Driving the full recruitment process from approved job requisition to signing of employment contract, including job ad, CV screening, executing assessments and reference checks and coordinate candidate interviews as well as participate in selected interviews
- Doing administrative task in the recruitment system (Workday)
- Advising hiring manager on the right recruitment strategy
- Optimizing the recruitment process on an ongoing basis
- Communicating with relevant stakeholder, including hiring managers, inhouse researcher, HR business partners, other recruiter specialists and external agencies
Experienced recruiter with strong business understanding
With your flair for juggling several tasks and projects at the same time whilst driving progress and staying goal oriented. Planning and organization runs in your blood as well as your well-developed ability to diplomatically pull information from and request action from your stakeholders to keep momentum.
Joining an organization in growth, you easily adapt to new circumstances, and you know how to read situations.
Moreover, you:
- Have a relevant education on bachelor’s or master’s level within HR, communication or similar
- Have 2-3 years of experience from a similar role where you have driven several recruitments at the same time
- Have a good understanding of systems/IT and are willing to learn new ones
- Communicate in English at a high level (negotiation level)
- Have strong analytical skills and a methodical work style
