To further strengthening our quality management system (QMS) for software development, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Risk, Security & Compliance department lead by the Group CISO.

The Group Risk, Security & Compliance department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of information security throughout the Stibo Group based on our 4 pillars:
We are currently 5 people in the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department, working within and across our security pillars, and our new colleague will be supporting the ‘Compliance’ pillar together with other colleagues of the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department.

The purpose of this job is to take responsibility of the maintenance and development of the QMS implemented in R&D, incl. planning and executing the expansions of the organization scope planned.

This is Group Risk, Security & Compliance
The Group Risk, Security & Compliance department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of information security throughout the Stibo Group based on our 4 pillars:
- Risk Management (Enterprise Risk Management, risk assessments etc.).
- IT and information security (CIS20, security architecture, security tools etc.).
- Compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, QMS, internal audits etc.).
- Privacy (GDPR and other international, regional, and national privacy regulations).
We are currently 5 people in the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department, working within and across our security pillars, and our new colleague will be supporting the ‘Compliance’ pillar together with other colleagues of the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department.
This is the job
The purpose of this job is to take responsibility of the maintenance and development of the QMS implemented in R&D, incl. planning and executing the expansions of the organization scope planned.
Furthermore, you will:
- Maintain the policies, procedures, and controls of the QMS.
- Conduct compliance audits of the QMS together with Risk, Security & Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements for new-joiners and re-training of employees.
- Point-of-Contact for customer audits.
This is you
We expect that you have:
- Several years of experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of:
- ISO 9001
- SAFE
- Pragmatic Marketing Framework
- Have strong language skills – preferably fluent – in English and possibly Danish.
