This is Group Risk, Security & Compliance
The Group Risk, Security & Compliance department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of information security throughout the Stibo Group based on our 4 pillars:
We are currently 5 people in the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department, working within and across our security pillars, and our new colleague will primarily be supporting the ‘Compliance’ and ‘Risk Management’ pillars, together with other colleagues of the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department.
This is who we are looking for
We are looking for an Information Security Officer to support the processes and controls of the ISMS and information security policies, and work with – and be responsible for – different projects primarily related to risk management and compliance tasks throughout the Stibo Group, incl. implementation of policies, procedures and controls.

The Group Risk, Security & Compliance department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of information security throughout the Stibo Group based on our 4 pillars:
- Risk Management (Enterprise Risk Management, risk assessments etc.)
- IT and information security (CIS20, security architecture, security tools etc.)
- Compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, internal audits etc.)
- Privacy (GDPR and other international, regional and national privacy regulations)
We are currently 5 people in the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department, working within and across our security pillars, and our new colleague will primarily be supporting the ‘Compliance’ and ‘Risk Management’ pillars, together with other colleagues of the Group Risk, Security & Compliance department.
This is who we are looking for
We are looking for an Information Security Officer to support the processes and controls of the ISMS and information security policies, and work with – and be responsible for – different projects primarily related to risk management and compliance tasks throughout the Stibo Group, incl. implementation of policies, procedures and controls.

The projects and tasks of our new Information Security Officer may include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and implementing policies, procedures and controls
- Maintaining and improving the ISMS
- Conducting and documenting internal audits and risk assessments
- Supporting the sales and project implementation processes.
- Supporting the cloud services from a compliance perspective.
We expect that you:
- Have strong language skills – preferably fluent – in English and possibly Danish
- You are comfortable working independently, but also in groups and teams – and with colleagues internationally
- You understand security frameworks, and you appreciate check boxes, processes and workflows
- Have experience with information security compliance from similar job(s)
- Have relevant education and/or certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, ESL, CISM)
