GreenPeas A/S is on a growth journey, and we are looking for a proactive and reflective Recruitment Manager to be part of a new and visionary HR team. The main task will be developing a team of recruiters ready to go the extra mile to find the needed candidates.

GreenPeas is the biggest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees and a group of seasonal employees. GreenPeas is an innovative company with big ambitions where we put ideas into action.
The production takes place in different countries with the main production in Denmark and Portugal. The Recruitment Manager is centralized in Denmark, but we offer a great deal of flexibility in terms of working from Romania.
The green peas are picked by hand by 250 - 300 persons in the period March-September every year.
About the role
You will join a fast-growing and successful agricultural company, where nothing is impossible. You will be part of a young team, where we make sure that human values are integrated into all the company´s processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and develop a team of recruiters all around Romania
- Build a strong and diverse candidate pool for both open and future positions
- HR administration e.g., payroll, employment contracts, registrations to different authorities, transport, and accommodation organization, etc.
- Plan, support, and execute activities in our annual wheel of employees related activities.
- Build and structure the concept of human welfare and relationship management in the company.
- Practical ad hoc tasks.
Background
You do not necessarily need experience in the field, but to be successful you must possess some skills and ambitions:
- Passionate and people-oriented, comfortable engaging and building relations.
- Empathetic and able to deal with multiple cultures and nationalities.
- High level of self-awareness.
- Willing to learn, you do not need to know everything – the important thing is that you are, ongoingly, willing to learn.
- Proactive with a high level of self-control and mental strength.
- Linguistically proficient in Romanian and English.
- Good level of business understanding.
