UX/UI Designer

Overview

As a UX Designer at Cobiro, you will work alongside with the full SCRUM team on a wide variety of projects on two main areas: Build & Engagement.
You will work directly with clients and your team to help solve complex problems using strong UX skills utilising a full range of mediums, design tools, inspiration and insight.

At Cobiro we care about your experience and knowledge, so you will have space to engage in the development of the Product Design department and its final shape.

Expectations

• You have min. 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience of working in international teams, with a foreign client
• You have a knowledge of the specifics of working with the design system
• You speak English at B2/C1 level, which allows you to communicate freely in speech and writing
• You know tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Suite, Hotjar,
• You know good practices and design patterns such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines
• You are an open person and are happy to learn new things
• You have experience working with the development team
• You are able to present and explain your solutions freely in front of the customer and you know how to collect feedback
• Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes lo-fi and hi-fi, prototypes
• Implementation of qualitative (IDI, usability) and/or quantitative (scenario, questionnaire, information architecture) research
• You can provide us with a portfolio for inspection

• You have an analytical skills
• Experience in workshop facilitation
• You are aware of technological limitations from HTML/CSS, JavaScript and mobile solutions

The Polish branch of Cobiro was established in 2020. We started with 3 people, today in Warsaw and now more than 25 people work remotely.

The new product that the Polish IT department is building is a greenfield system that allows customers around the world to easily and quickly build websites and online stores using Jamstack technology.
