CABINN Copenhagen is looking for a new colleague for cleaning in puplic areas and help in our breakfast restaurant/café – Cleaning of puplic areas 3 time a week and setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet during the weekend.
The position is part time: every other weekend approximately 100 hours / 4 weeks.
CABINN Copenhagen is Northern Europe’s largest hotel complex with 1202 rooms, event- and conference facilities, fitness, and cinema. We are located at Kalvebod Brygge in the heart of the new urban area close to Dybbølsbro Station.
Job description
Our new colleague has two different job responsibilities at the hotel:
Cleaning –
Cleaning tasks include cleaning the breakfast restaurant/café and kitchen, cleaning and washing of the floor at the lobby and surfaces, cleaning the offices and break rooms and cleaning the toilets in the public areas and employee facilities.
Breakfast weekend service –
When working in the breakfast café you are setting up the breakfast buffet in the morning and filling it up during opening hours. Furthermore, you are making sure that the breakfast area is presentable and that all guests feel welcome, comfortable, and always well-attended to.
Other tasks include preparing sandwiches for sale at the reception, clearing tables and cleaning the dining/buffet area.
Working hours
The working hours is a fixed schedule. Cleaning Monday, Wednesday an Friday from 6-12:30 and every other weekend from 06.30-14.00 in restaurant/café (Saturday and Sunday)
It is possible to apply for extra shifts at all the CABINN hotels in Copenhagen once employed.
You can apply for extra shifts both weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for:
- An out-going, friendly and service-minded person.
- An efficient, quick and hard-working individual.
- Having a previous background in food and beverage handling or equivalent training is an advantage (Preferably certificate within food hygiene).
- You speak English fluently (also speaking Danish is an advantage).
- You work responsibly and enjoy working independently.
- You are flexible with your shifts and can take extra shifts with short notice.
