About the department
You will be part of the department in Novo Nordisk which establishes and executes the corporate training strategy and develops excellent training within the quality management system, making it as easy and simple as possible to assure patient safety, high quality products and regulatory compliance across the company. You will report to the Senior Manager of Novo Nordisk Training.

The team you join consists of six highly competent and experienced Training Development Consultants and Specialists. In the team we strive for operational excellence via a relentless focus on stakeholders’ needs, a strength-based cooperation and an environment where everybody help and inspire each other to succeed, grow and develop.

The job
As our Training Process Expert your key responsibility is to maintain and improve activities, systems and tools of the training process in Novo Nordisk. Based on current healthcare requirements, business needs and industry best practices, you shape, develop and improve the corporate training process strategy. When doing so, you are taking the lead, but you also pro-actively include both the expertise of your colleagues in the training organisation as well as the perspectives of the many different end-users and stakeholders across the company.

Your expertise lies in the interface between human learning and current healthcare/GxP requirements to training. Within this field you are a trusted adviser. You are often brought into projects and improvement initiatives across the company. You also participate when healthcare authorities visit us to conduct inspections. In these situations, you proudly outline and explain how the training process in Novo Nordisk consistently delivers training and competences in full compliance with all current healthcare requirements.

Finally, as Training Process Expert you are both a key member of relevant process groups and networks and you frequently consult and visit colleagues in different parts of the company to explore how well the training process is working in different settings and how it can be improved. When you supplement knowledge of current healthcare requirements with current business needs you continuously expand the foundation on which you strive to improve the training process, drive value adding changes and anchor it all in the corporate documents and guidelines.

Qualifications
As a minimum, you hold a relevant Master’s degree, e.g. within Psychology, Human Resource Management or Adult Learning. You have at least 8 years of relevant experience working with learning and development in a global organisation within a regulated industry and you have continuously supplemented your academic degree with training in other relevant areas such e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma and/or cGxP. You speak and write English fluently.

You enjoy utilising your strong social- and communication skills to facilitate and lead the way by engaging and motivating your colleagues. You also enjoy working independently and you have a high personal drive and integrity. Finally, you are motivated by setting ambitious targets and drive tangible results and continuous improvements forward.
