We currently experience massive growth and are looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Business Partner who will be the professional sparring partner to our management teams and help drive and lead our overall business agenda through ensuring efficient handling of the HR processes, including advising and coaching leaders. Moreover, you will drive and lead the yearly HR cycle activities as well as implement HR development projects and other organizational and people-related change initiatives.
Anchored in the corporate HR team consisting of 9 colleagues you will be part of an ambitious, growing, dynamic and international working environment with great passion for what we do. You will work closely together with 2 fellow HR Business Partners where you will split the responsibility for the different business functions in our headquarter. You will work out of our Headquarter in Ballerup, Copenhagen, and you will report to the VP, Corporate Human Resources
Business driven HR with a vital impact
As Senior HR Business Partner you work closely with managers in your area covering different business functions, supporting all HR activities and drive specific HR development projects and processes which means that you will have a great opportunity to influence the local and the global organization. You are the main HR responsible for your business area and the link between the leaders/employees and Corporate HR.
Your areas of responsibility will be to:

A key to success in this role is your ability to build trusting relationships, you must therefore have great people skills and have a natural business drive. You are curious, open-minded, and able to drive the change agenda which is a big part of the role as we grow rapidly and hire many new employees in all functions. You have a personal impact on your stakeholders, and you like to work in an informal and multi-cultural environment. You take pride in timely and professional deliveries and people find you dedicated, structured and easy to work with.
The ideal candidate has +7 years of experience with HR from global companies and strong insight into the various HR disciplines from employee relations, people development, organizational design over to strategic sparring with senior business leaders.
We expect that you hold a master’s degree in a relevant academic field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related). Also, we expect that you are certified in a psychometric test and is used to conduct recruitment interviews.
Finally, you need to have excellent command of the English language, as it is our corporate language and you will be using English daily.

Your areas of responsibility will be to:
- Act as HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for the managers in appointed areas
- Own the strategic people agenda within the functional area translating strategic initiatives into HR operational plans, implement employee and leadership development initiatives and drive change management processes
- Ensure Talent Reviews, succession planning engagement survey and long-term workforce planning is carried out in the dedicated functional areas
- Ensure salary regulations, HR policy guidance for promotions, demotions, performance improvement plans,
- Support managers in recruitments and onboarding of new employees as we are growing in all areas
- Lead and further develop the global processes around Leadership Development, Ambu Dialogues, Graduate Programs, Global Engagement Surveys, and other development initiatives.
