CVP HR Business Partner for PS Biopharm

Are you a fast learning team player who can take the lead and follow through on yearly HR processes? Do you have a passion for developing HR strategies and policies? Do you have experience in management development? Then you might be our new Corporate Vice President (CVP) HR Business Partner in Novo Nordisk Biopharmaceuticals.
Biopharm, as we call, it is the second largest production area in Novo Nordisk Product Supply with around 2,500 employees. Every day, we strive to help people defeat serious chronic conditions such as haemophilia and growth disorders.

About the department
Reporting to the HR Director in Biopharm, you will be part of a dedicated and experienced team consisting of five CVP HR Business Partners and a Communication Partner. Each CVP HR Business Partner is assigned to one or two specific business areas in Biopharm where they are member of the management team and responsible for HR in the area. The position is based in Gentofte but you can expect to spend 3-4 days a week at our production sites, primarily in Værløse and Maaløv.

The position
Your primary responsibility is to support your business areas and the management teams in planning and executing the yearly HR processes.

You will work with managers at all levels which require the ability both to act on day-to-day challenges in the production and to propose solutions at a highly strategic level. Your goal is to create business results by coaching, sparring and discussing HR, business and organisational challenges. You will also be involved in supporting managers within all aspects of leadership and organisational development.

As part of the HR team, you will be driving or contributing to the development and implementation of cross functional HR projects and events, e.g. joint leadership training or talent management programmes.

Qualifications
You are an experienced HR generalist and a strong communicator. You thrive in environments where you work independently and rely on your experience within HR, but you also enjoy exploring synergies in working together across functions and business areas. In addition, you have the courage to speak up if you see possibilities for improvements and changes.

You master a broad range of HR and general business disciplines and you are comfortable both with developing strategic initiatives requiring conceptual skills as well as implementing operational solutions. As a part of Novo Nordisk, you will be provided with a broad range of HR tools, both in terms of IT solutions and HR processes. However, it is up to you to ensure that central HR processes are adapted into local needs.

You probably have an educational background within HR, Psychology or a similar education. You could also be a manager or management consultant with experience in organisational psychology and development. Most important is your business understanding and ability to truly combine business and organisation. Preferably, you also have knowledge about production related HR processes.

You speak and write Danish and English fluently and you have great people skills.
