We are looking for a strong HR Director for Region Emerging Markets with a commercial mindset, a talent for driving efficiency and professionalism while navigating the strategic HR agenda for Region Emerging Markets (EM).
The position
The position reports to VP Global HR, Camilla Møhl, and is part of the Global HR leadership team and the EM Leadership Team. As the new HR Director, you lead the regional HR team with two HR Managers reporting directly to you.
The successful candidate delivers on following elements:
Emerging Markets is divided into 4 regions: Region LATAM - Latin America, Region CEEI - Central East Europe, India & Israel, Region GREMEA - Greece, Middle East & Africa, Region Australia. Making traveling approximately 50-60 days a year a natural part of building relationships and solving tasks across the EM region

The position
The position reports to VP Global HR, Camilla Møhl, and is part of the Global HR leadership team and the EM Leadership Team. As the new HR Director, you lead the regional HR team with two HR Managers reporting directly to you.
The successful candidate delivers on following elements:
- HR Business Partner to Senior Leadership in the region. You function as trusted advisor to the regional leads and to the country managers when necessary, and as a Change Agent in business transformation. At the same time, you drive the People Cycle roll-out and management across the region including leading the talent agenda within the region, and function as the link to other regions. The ability to balance strategic and operational work is essential to succeed in the role.
- Organizational Development in collaboration with Senior Leadership. As HR Director you lead organizational design discussions, which help us deliver on Coloplast’s ambitions. You function as sparring partner to leadership on the organizational implications of the strategic business decisions.
- Maintain and develop a strong HR Community in the region, and further develop HR leadership in the countries. This includes implementing global HR processes across the region with a mindset of continuous improvement. It is expected that you set the bar high in terms of our use of people analytics in business decisions at a country and regional level.
- Actively participate in the Global HR Leadership Team as well as contribute to driving the global HR agenda and raising the line of site across regions

The right candidate
- Understands business dynamics and navigates through complexity
- Easily translates business strategy to people agenda and communicates the agenda with excellence
- Understands and demonstrates both strategic and operational HR work and provides solutions in a pragmatic, business-oriented manner
- Can lead through indirect reporting lines and has proven strong impact with senior leaders
- Demonstrates strong ability to work outside traditional functional silos and build relationships across the organization at all levels
- Demonstrates an analytical mind-set and strong project management skills
- Do not shy away from speaking up and pointing out areas that need attention and give feedback when needed, always in a constructive manner
- Has worked across geographies and cultural differences.
- Can drive and lead a strong compliance agenda in a very broad geography across many cultures
