We’re looking for an analytical profile to join our global Compensation and Benefits team as we embark on our exciting journey to provide even more tangible data to our growing organisation.

About the team
Our team consists of 8 individuals: the Director, a Global Mobility team of two, an HQ HR Operations team of four and a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager whom you will be working closely together.

Corporate Compensation and Benefits is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all strategic elements with regards to reward across all employee levels of the organization. This includes base pay, bonus and all other monetary and non-monetary benefits attached to each employee.

The role reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.

The job
The global Compensation and Benefits team requires a senior resource to help drive and support the Compensation and Benefits agenda through:

  • defining, building and managing the global governance models around existing compensation programs and processes
  • working closely with the team and internal HR stakeholders to improve the annual salary review process and system supporting it (Compensation Module in Success Factors)
  • driving and executing upon the annual processes leading up to the salary review cycle
  • partnering with the Director of Compensation and Benefits as Project Manager in the definition, design, analysis and implementation of strategic projects to the organization

Major global projects may include but are not limited to:

  • a global STI and LTI program
  • a global benefits strategy and program
  • Compensation Module project management across the world with the ambition to create a standardized, global model and interface
  • corporate titling structure
  • a global grading structure

Qualifications
You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree with 5+ years direct experience in Compensation and Benefits. Ideally you have experience from other companies or from having worked in a consultancy, where you are highly aware of best practices and global trends in the strategic areas within Compensation and Benefits.

It is natural for you to build relationships as well as engage and communicate with different types of people in different levels of the organisation and in a global context.

With a very strong analytical mindset and an ability to comprehend complex data sets, you are able to convert data into an end result becoming simple and understandable to our customers at all levels.

You are an experienced user of MS Office and especially strong within Excel and Powerpoint.
Ideally you have experience in Success Factors, in particular the Compensation Module and Employee Central.

Your deliveries and results are closely linked to the need of the business and you aim for reaching great results together with your colleagues in the broader HR community. As a person you are outgoing, convincing and trustworthy with a natural selfconfidence and authority.

We expect that you are structured and pay attention to details. Confidentiality is to you a natural way of working, handling sensitive data in a confidential manor.

You speak, write and read English fluently.
