The Senior HR Business Partner will be a member of the REH European leadership team and provides HR strategic support to Regional leadership with responsibility for oversight of Ramboll HR programs and projects. Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Business Enablement Department:A key part of the role is to work in partnership with the REH HR Director and ensureglobal HR initiatives are implemented at a regional level, and take into account the matrix organization, cultural differences and diverse nature of employment conditions across multiple geographies.The role isresponsiblefor thedeployment of the annual HR processes and servicethatsupports the management of the seamless end-to-end employee life cycle. This includes effective attraction, development and retentionof talents; maximising employee satisfaction; promoting diversity andcompany values;and positioning Ramboll as an employer of choice.Strategic areas of responsibility:Make an active contribution to the development of the REH HR strategyCreate a PBU people plan/strategy to support the delivery of the REH HR strategyWork in collaboration with the REH HR Director to negotiate the key annual deliverablesServe as Trusted advisor/HRBP for the senior market leadership team Europe & AfricaUnderstand and define the HR implications of a market’s business strategy across all business unitsDevelop a clear vision for the global management of people and leadership in REHSupport the Regional Director in senior leadership development, by implementing leadership assessment and development programsAct as a change agent supporting the Ramboll Fundamentals and driving change necessary to align to Group HR, to reflect changes in market business strategy and achieve growth targetsResponsible for workforce planningOperational areas of responsibilityImplement relevant Global and local HR initiatives (PDP, ESES, ASR etc.)Collaborate with Ramboll HR Service Delivery to ensure best possible service delivery locally and globallyEnsure the appropriate implementation policies and processes that reflect the required behaviours, mindset and company cultureBe aware of local market employment conditions in core market locationsEnsure compliance with country specific HR requirementsClient management Identify and respond positively to internal client needsEnsure high levels of client satisfactionBe accountable for the delivery of market HR service to defined standardsLead an efficient and value-adding HR enabling Ramboll to meet growth and profitability targets and at the same time bringing the best to our clients.People leadershipAccountable forthe attraction, recruitment, development and retention of employees within the marketAct as role model forcollaborative working with all parts of the business including the Global HR functionTakeresponsibility for theeffectiveness of the market HR functionTake the lead in promoting diversity, equality and inclusionMaintain a close relationship with a network of internal and external stakeholders, including the appropriate local industry bodies and consultative forumsPosition Ramboll as an employer of choiceCommercial leadershipTake accountabilityfor Market HR budgets and expenditure including budgeting and cost sharing modelsEnsure T&D activities are aligned to market business needs on a best value for money basisMonitor and act upon people related operating costs and cost efficiency measuresRepresent market externally in industry skills and action plansAdjust HR plans to address changing business needs and update HRD of possible impact to PBU HR annual planTotal RewardsProvide support with the Annual Salary Review processProvide compensation insight during recruitmentOversight of welfare benefits in assigned countriesImplement Total Rewards StrategyProvide guidance to managers on Compensation planningHR & Talent Subject Matter ConsultingAdvise Division Leadership on HR and Talent mattersImplementation of Group or PBU projects, processes, procedures in Divisions/Units across PBUManage country/region-specific modificationsExecute Business Plans for Divisions or regionsTalent Management & Talent DevelopmentTactical completion of PDP in Divisions/Units and SpearheadsIndividual Development Planning for leaders and senior employeesESES planning goal development for Divisions across PBUTalent Development implementation in DivisionsSuccession, Replacement Workforce PlanningProvide support with the Succession and Talent Review processManage tactical career planning and resource pipelineImplementation of workforce plans for programs and projectsProvide tactical support of integration managementEmployee RelationsManage individual employee relations mattersManage Labour relations and negotiationsManage employee Wellbeing programCoach managers to resolve employee conduct issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:A relevant Master degree, or relevant qualification Strong experience working as a Senior HR Business PartnerProfound knowledge of deploying HR systems and servicesProfessionally in the top of your peer group, with strong communication skills, English fluencyViewed as an inspiring leader, with solid execution power and able to document successful implementation of HR strategiesAnalytical, intelligent and fast thinking – able to evaluate and analyseProactive and dynamic with a high energy level and the ability to maintain strategic focusA driver of change with a clear understanding of the expected deliverables; takes responsibility and “gets things done”Can consistently lead by example and act with integrity, impartiality and
