Global HR Business Partner for Hearing Aids Operations


Do you have solid experience from an HR Business Partner role supporting global business functions and driving organizational development in an international setting? Organizational development, continued business value-add and day-to-day HR delivery

In this position, you will become part of a highly dedicated global supply chain team consisting of app. 3000 people with a primary footprint in Poland, Mexico, US, Denmark and Australia.

As part of the Operations management team, your responsibility will be to represent the HR perspective in executing the overall Hearing Aids business strategy and the related Operations strategy.

At the same time you will be included in a global network of HR professionals, who all support various parts of Demant’s business areas.

At Demant, you will experience a broad variety of challenges and opportunities where you are primarily expected to drive daily HR operations in the business area you support. However, you will also be involved in driving the overall Demant HR strategy development and implementation.

Therefore, you can look forward to the following:

• Having HR Partnering responsibility for a very dynamic and HR oriented organization
• Being an integrated part of the planning and execution of the Operations strategy, understanding the business context and driving organizational and people aspects
• Being a key driver of further developing a culture in Operations rooted in the Demant values and the Demant Global Manufacturing System
• Acting as trusted advisor to management to ensure efficiency in organizational development and adjustments
• Being a trusted coach and sparring partner on collaboration, change management, interpersonal relations, and team dynamics
• Being the driver of key leadership processes such as organizational reviews, engagement program, salary reviews, talent management and leadership development
• Overseeing and ensuring, that daily HR tasks in your business are being performed efficiently, with a high quality and in line with our company culture and policies
• Driving international collaboration with HR colleagues in other countries, e.g. Poland, Mexico, US and Australia
• Driving strategic HR projects, aimed at strengthening our efforts and continuously improving the value HR adds to the business

Summarizing all points, you will have a mix of strategic, tactical and operational activities both in the business and in HR, which will give you a wide exposure to and engagement with leadership teams at various levels and allow you to impact the success of our business.

Extensive experience and a true interest in the business

We expect you to have a relevant master’s degree with a commercial, HR or business focus. You have solid organizational change and development experience with proven results. You have a true interest in understanding the business, and you can translate that into relevant HR actions.

You have worked for several years as a trusted HR advisor for senior management within an international setting. You thrive in a global business environment and work effectively in a matrix environment.
You seamlessly translate your theoretical background and experience into tangible activities and embrace that ideal circumstances are not always present.

Furthermore, we expect that you have high ambitions for organizational development and a proven track record of having improved processes, strategies and operations to the benefit of the organization.
People describe you as an open person with high integrity, someone who engages with others in a direct, friendly and honest manner. You embody persistency and pragmatism, which enables you to be assertive and goal-oriented but at the same time supportive to our business. You have a good situational sense of when to drive, support, challenge and bring in new perspectives.
