Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will guide and support a team of 16 professionals based in Denmark and India, focusing on HR operations, Global Mobility, HR analytics & HRIS, Talent Acquisition and HR compliance. <br
Our HR department is characterized as being dynamic and agile as we work from an improvement and learning mindset. Together with our HR development team and our HR colleagues in US and India, we ensure a best in class support to our internal customers by putting into play our different skillsets and experiences.

How you might spend your days

You will guide and support your team in a dynamic environment. You will have varied workdays with broad contact to the organization. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be within:

• Together with your team, ensure that all processes and operations run smoothly and are adapted to the future within the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Global Mobility, HR Compliance and HR Analytics & HRIS

• Guiding, coaching and inspiring an engaged, highly skilled, and diverse team based in both Denmark and India

• Head up transversal HR Projects (EVP, retention, D&I, implementing People analytics, …)

• Close collaboration with our VP of HR on establishing and delivering an efficient People strategy

• Support the strategic vision and translate it into the direction of business

• You will have a wide professionally range of responsibilities with a global outreach

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:

• A Master’s degree within HR or similar

• Minimum 10 years of broad experience from an HR department - for example from a global company as HR Business Partner or Manager

• You have at least 3 years of proven leadership experience

• Knowledge of Danish labor and employment law

• You speak and write Danish and English fluently
