Well, then you might be our new Senior HR Business Partner and colleague, covering Termas commercial organization.

To further strengthen our Global HR delivery model with a mature HR Business Partnering Setup, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Partner with a proven track record from a well developed and implemented HR Business Partnering setup.

You will join a department where we have has just embarked on a transformational journey, going from a local to a global and scalable HR organization. For the right candidate, this will be an exciting challenge with ample opportunity for making your mark and further personal and professional development. With a ramp-up and further globalization ahead across the entire Terma, HR need to get to the next level to be able to support the future challenges in our organization globally – and as a Senior HR Partner in our CCO area you are going to play a paramount role in making this happen.

Our commercial organization includes both Sales, Project Management and Product Management functions and covers more than 400 highly skilled employees across 8 countries and 4 business units, making this a role with global outreach. You will also be the sparring partner for our CCO & Executive Vice President on people and organization.

Role and Responsibility

You will have a role with strategic focus and business impact that also ensures resolution and execution of tactical and operational HR tasks in the CCO area – all of it in a strong cooperation with other HR Business Partners and the rest of your great global HR colleagues.

Your job will consist of Senior HR Partnering related tasks across the CCO area, covering all HR people pipeline activities, while you will also be responsible for executing the global HR processes and activities within your area of responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Shape and earn an equal and permanent “seat at the CCO table” – by acting as a dedicated, trusted and business oriented sparring partner in close collaboration with key stakeholders and HR colleagues
  • Act as an integrated, accepted and value-adding member of specific leadership teams across the CCO area – by delivering value in the development and implementation of the business strategy
  • Be responsible for all HR matters on the tactical/strategical level when it comes to Organizational Transformations and processes for organizational changes – by both initiating change and transformations and by supporting these
  • Spar with and challenge upper management in the CCO area, with the intention to ensure professional and high-performing organizational development, leadership, change management, communication and organizational design in all transformation processes and people related issues
  • Be responsible for the implementation and facilitation of strategic workforce planning across the CCO area including attracting, developing, and retaining talent
  • Be responsible for planning and facilitation of CCO leadership team development and possible key employee development in the CCO area
  • Be responsible for individual Leadership sparring at upper level management in the CCO area
  • Be responsible for the HR execution of HR Yearly circle activities in the CCO area - e.g. People Review, Successor Planning, TerMus and Salary Review
  • Be responsible for the entire Recruitment process at selected positions in the CCO area
  • Be the HR Legal sparring partner on all people matters for the CCO area

Desired Skills & Experience

You have a well-developed Senior HR Business Partnering toolbox in place, most likely having worked minimum 5 years at Senior HR Partner level where you shaped the role and acted with strong business value. You know how to translate business objectives into high-performing HR Business Partnering behavior and results.

With your personality and skills, you win trust and respect across our organization. Besides being a skilled relationship builder, you are solution oriented with a high drive. You take responsibility and executes efficiently and effectively. Moreover, you can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape and are not afraid of taking a stand – always in a constructive, humble way.

You are a team player that exhibits a high degree of personal integrity, and who naturally take a shared responsibility in our HR Team. Continuously you strive to become even better through your deep self-insight. You have a keen interest for People, Organization, Business and Culture, and you can build strong and trusted relations with many colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

In addition to this, we expect you to have a:

  • Proven track-record from Senior HR Partnering roles, preferably within international commercial and project driven organizations – experience with the US business and culture would be a clear advantage
  • Relevant academic background at BA level as a minimum combined with solid business know-how and strategic understanding
  • Concrete experience with both initiating and supporting organizational change and transformations –including a compelling set of competences in the area of organizational design and development, change management, communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong HR Senior HR Partnering toolbox (like Hogan and DISC certification, Mercer IPE certification, Leadership experience, coaching certification, employment law certification, relevant HR Business Partnering courses, etc.)
  • Passioned, yet grounded winning attitude and agile mindset, acting objectively and focused at diverse levels, always being loyal to the HR agenda and what serves Terma best
  • Keen interest and natural flair for HR cross functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
