You will become part of our People & Communication team; we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our team of experts and work closely with the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits As student assistant you will assist our Group C&B deliveries such as bonus programmes, salary review processes, employee benefits, insurance, and pension plans.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Analyze results of compensation surveys.
- Review a wide range of relevant compensation data & job positions
- Support data submission for annual surveys
- Manage pay structure creation and maintenance
- Manage communications with the global C&B responsible teams
- support budget preparation and other administrative activities
YOUR SKILLS. OUR TEAM. TOGETHER, WE DESIGN THE FUTURE
To succeed in this position, we believe that you are not afraid to learn and want to expand your potential. We believe that you have an analytical mindset and a good commercial and financial understanding.
Furthermore, you should:
- Be enrolled in a higher education within financial, HR, economics, statistic or similar.
- Have preferably just started your master or have one year left
- Be into numbers and have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
- Be fluent in English verbally and written
