HR Business Partner, Odense, CPH, Aarhus, Denmark (12-month maternity leave cover)

One of our colleagues will soon be on maternity leave and we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to succeed her during the next 12 months. As a HR Business Partner at Nature Energy, you will be a trusted and strategic partner to the organization, driving strategy and aligning strategic objectives with employees and management. As part of the People and Culture team, you will partner with employees and managers in a fast-scaling organization that desire your expertise and strategic direction in driving people & operational plans for them.

Our HR Partners provides proactive solutions for a broad scope of business activities, from employee relations, performance management, development and implementation of our HR strategy. Our ideal candidate would understand what it means to support a rapidly growing global organization. You will use your real-time problem-solving skills to thrive in an environment that is entrepreneurial and oriented to achieving phenomenal things.

You will ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintain open and transparent lines of communication, and keep our employees and teams growing, thriving, and well supported. You will report to our SVP, Head of People and Culture, Kirstine Skaarup.

What you’ll be doing

• Development of the HR strategy, policies and procedures with the rest of People and Culture
• Sparring partner with the EVP and its management team, eg. about organizational changes and the employees’ development
• Adjustment and implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives locally. Contributes to make sure that the HR strategy policies and procedure continue to fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization
• Support the managers on a case-by-case basis, eg. with performance issues, long-term sickness and parental leave, offboarding etc.
• Support the TA team with recruitment, onboarding and Employer Branding
• MTU follow-up
• Managing contracts, warnings and termination processes
• Supporting the salary regulation process
• Communication support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a strategic HR role, working directly with senior-level management
• Exercise judgement with sensitive/confidential issues - strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship, and team-building skills, and a demonstrable ability to influence others
• Thrives in the grey where problems are not clearly defined and not all processes are fully built out - can dig into the weeds as needed to execute with excellence
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote manager
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
