As our new Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted business partner to the employees and management team in all people and organisational related topics.
You will have direct reference to our Vice President HR, and become a part of our HR team consisting of twelve dedicated colleagues with very broad responsibilities who all are eager to create value for the organization. The team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving results that increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency, and we strive every day to support and bring more value to the business.
Ambitious Senior HR professional with experience from a fast growing organisation
In the newly established position as Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance organisational development to ensure the best possible performance in order to achieve our business strategic ambitions.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Actively driving multiple recruitment processes across different business areas end functions
• Acting as a trustworthy and professional senior business partner to managers supporting them in all HR related topics throughout the employee life cycle
• Supporting and advise managers in HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance management and competency development
• Conducting HR training and support for managers
• Supporting the implementation of plans, policies and procedures
Personality matters
As a person you are used to working in a dynamic environment, where the pace is high and where you work along multiple tracks at the same time – also on an operational level. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytic and structured approach to your work that enables you to prioritize efficiently.
You have a Master’s degree in e.g. HR, Strategy and Management or similar and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international and growing organization.
In addition it is a requirement that you have:
• Extensive recruitment experience of technical profiles
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of HR disciplines such as performance management, training and organizational development
• Knowledge employment law and HR best practices
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
