Junior Consultant - Global HR Business Partnering & Communication (Student Position)

Communication – Collaboration – AND a lot of fun
As our new Junior Consultant in HR, your main responsibility will be to design, organize and deliver on our global HR communication plan together with the HR management team. This involves close collaboration with both our highly engaged HR managers in Denmark and all our good colleagues in the global HR community around the world. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Engage with our stakeholders to identify and discuss communication needs both within the HR community and towards our line of business
- Be point-of-contact and drive our HR Newsletter
- Investigate data from stakeholder discussions and design the outline of an HR communication approach
- Be creative and find new ways of communicating our key messages and create global awareness of all the important matters Global HR stands for
- Execute on the defined communication plan and ensure a consistent follow-up on actions
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, web-site content, and other materials
- Plan and coordinate small social events
- Communication support on various HR projects - optimizing texts in English and Danish
You will be part of the HR community in Denmark, and you will be met by colleagues who focus on creating a unique and positive environment for all employees.
We are looking for you
Your educational background is not what counts, you could be studying communication, journalism, or something third – what matters is that you live for communication and have a can-do-attitude; you have a creative mind and the ability to transform ideas into practice.
Coordinating, planning, and implementing are important parts of your main responsibilities, and we expect you to work in a structured manner. Furthermore, we see that you are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. At the same time, we would appreciate a strong desire to interact with all our stakeholders in a respectful, involving, and engaging manner.
Finally, you want to be part of a great team who is open-minded, friendly and fun to work with!
You will be working from our headquarters in Smørum outside of Copenhagen. Your working hours are around 15 hours a week and we offer flexibility during exam periods, as we believe your study has priority.
