You design and execute processes that help us achieve commercial goals

In your new position you will be part of a world leading hearing healthcare group. Our success is dependent on our ability to continuously improve and develop processes that meet commercial goals whilst efficiently ensuring we are regulatory compliant.

Your role will be to help us to design, implement and execute processes aligned with our operating model that are efficient, clear, well understood and help us deliver to our strategic goals.

You can look forward to a very diverse working day, but overall, your focus will mainly be on the following:

  • You will create the bridge between compliance for our medical devices with the organisation’s commercial needs
  • You contribute to scoping new process design, efficiency improvements and support for all of our Hearing Instrument group (excl. R&D and Quality)
  • Based on user feedback, you continuously improve existing processes based on organisational experience with updates that drive efficiency across the functions in scope
  • You provide continuous support and training for departments in compliance processes and related updates
  • You have a central role in supporting our Sales Companies in matters of marketing compliance, process design, support, and training of our Marketing Compliance Officers
  • You have a key role during audit based on your support and training.
  • Provide Project Management expertise and support when new and major regulatory updates require us to act on existing or new processes within functions in scope (FDA, MDSAP, MDR, DMA etc)


You will be working in Demant’s international HQ in Smørum where you will get 1,600 new colleagues.

You have experience from working with complex processes in a matrix organisation

We are very open to your educational background, but to thrive and grow in this position, we hope that you have substantial experience with process design, strategy and project management. If you have experience from working within the area of medical devices, pharma or similar, that is an extra advantage.

You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to manoeuvre on all levels of the organisation.
