Local HR Business Partner

On behalf of our client, NKT A/S, we a looking for a HR Business Partner to support the management team in Denmark in achieving their functional/business agenda. As HR Business Partner, you will get the opportunity to conduct HR-activities that support the business strategy and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As HR Business Partner your primary task is to support the country/site team in executing their part of business strategy and achieving business goals and objectives. You will have the responsibility for providing HR partnership and expertise to the designated leaders in achieving their functional/business agenda and to ensure the optimal staffing, performance and development of human resources. Your key responsibilities include:
  • overall responsible for driving HR activities in accordance with our HR strategy and guidelines
  • drive Performance Management and provide coaching to designated leaders ensuring culture of high performance and engagement
  • manage the Talent Review Process and succession planning, and participate in the reviews done by the assigned leaders
  • implement change initiatives and support management and employees during organizational changes
  • support leaders in recruitment processes as a business partner
  • monitor HR related data/KPI’s and propose to local management actions to improve HR KPI performance
  • ensure compliance within the internal company policies and procedures with regards to personal conduct and HSE standards and act in compliance with all applicable regulations
  • support leaders during annual salary review – process, system, benchmark
  • be a champion of diversity and inclusion

JOB REQUIREMENTS
We expect you to have a postgraduate/university degree in area of HR/Economy/Business and experience within HR Business partnering, business understanding, coaching leaders and experience in HR disciplines. We also expect you to have experience in working in an international company in a headquarter and with finance employees. The position requires you to possess good communication skills in both oral and written Danish and English. You work confidently with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferably have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
