The position as Compensation and Benefit Specialist is anchored in HR with reference to the CEO and the position is based in Rødovre. You will be part of a global, dedicated and experienced HR team and reporting to the Vice President of HR. You will work with managers at all levels to drive and optimize existing Compensation & Benefit’s processes as well as lead new initiatives to support Flügger’s strategy and increase overall performance.

Your primary responsibility is to lead the Compensation and Benefit programs within Flügger, develop and maintain our guidelines and staff handbook as well as supporting the business with high quality data to further drive growth, efficiency and profitability. You will also drive the processes related to the HR Annual Wheel.

As a Compensation and Benefit Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the Reward Strategy for Flügger globally
  • Ensure correct and timely calculation and payment of the bonus program in accordance with our guidelines
  • Own and drive the annual salary regulations as well as ensuring that the annual regulation budget is communicated to the responsible leaders in a timely and organized manner
  • Apply data-based decisions in relation to direct and indirect financial as well as non-financial compensations
  • Further develop our reporting to provide insights and overview of key figures such as sick leave, salary percentage, FTE reporting and employee turnover
  • Contribute to the development of automated reports and dashboards
  • Responsible for all relevant HR guidelines in connection with our car policy including local legislation requirements, bonus policy and salary policy
  • Transmit HR data in an easy and digestible language to department heads and managers to ensure knowledge is used to make solid business decisions
  • Responsibility for various data extracts, analyses and statistics across departments
  • Provide training and support in all compensation related topics within the HR team and in using the reporting tools and becoming data-driven in their support of the business
  • Handle Flügger’s pension and health care system with our external partner.

As a person, you are ambitious, proactive, focused on delivering business value and consider the customer in everything you do. You are a team player and have great interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to build relationships and trust. Your working style is well-structured, and you take pride in delivering high-quality material on time.

Strong candidates will have previous experience from a similar role where focus on high data quality is key and an analytical skill set is a must to succeed. You are attentive to details and take pride in delivering excellent quality.

You most likely have an educational background within HR, Finance, Business, or a similar education and have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. Most important is your operational capabilities in translating data into initiatives enabling Flügger to further enhance performance. Fluent written and oral Danish is a prerequisite.
