Shape our future and establish best practise of talent sourcing
Basically, your job is to find the best IT talents for our internal IT organisation. You will build your external talent pipeline through marketing initiatives such as SoMe campaigns, direct sourcing, networking, event hosting and other channels you would like to develop to source candidates like IT Project Managers, IT Architects and Service Delivery Managers. The ambition is to be at the forefront of our recruitment needs and to improve speed, cost and quality of our hires. We are at the early stage of our Talent Acquisition organisation and you will be an important sparring partner for the IT organisation on their journey to insource the recruitment process. Your tasks will be to:
Recruit approx. 60 IT profiles a year Create a talent sourcing plan Drive employer branding initiatives Pioneer within Recruitment Marketing Drive employee advocacy Contribute with interviews in peak periods
To succeed, you must be able to design and apply appropriate value propositions for each role, use your business knowledge and have a proactive attitude.
Recruiter profile with sourcing experience and pioneering spirit
Since this is a new role, we are looking for a candidate with pioneering spirit, a visionary mindset and an energy level above the average. Additionally, you will need all of your collaboration skills including your understanding of cultural and professional differences. As such, you can tailor your communication to match your audience, and you can do so at all organisational levels. Your CV comprises:
Recruitment and sourcing experience A good understanding of digital tools Employer Branding experience Experience from the IT business will be a plus
