As a Change Manager, you will have a key part in this process as you help further develop our change management efforts within HR projects. You will do so by bringing relevant change management knowledge and experience to our team – this could be from IT, commercial, HR or other projects, and from a wide range of sectors.
Make an impact on our organization
At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join the Talent & Leadership Development team, but your role will be to support the implementation of projects across Group HR. Taking over the reins from our current change manager, you will enable smooth implementation and anchoring of strategic initiatives to successfully achieve lasting benefits.
As a change manager, you will lead the change efforts on key strategic projects and consult on other projects and initiatives. Your main collaboration partners will be the project manager of a given project, the director of your team and the project sponsor. One of your focus points will be aligning and harmonizing the way we work with global processes throughout the organization.

More specifically, you will:
- Lead change efforts on key strategic global HR projects and consult on minor strategic HR projects using a structured approach to change management
- Clarify and prepare change efforts and develop and facilitate the development of concrete change management plans and milestones
- Manage local and global stakeholders at different seniority levels
- Coordinate the execution of change activities, enabling others to drive and reinforce change, track progress, collect feedback and incorporate adjustments during all phases of change
- Develop effective change communication material and execute on training and other activities related to change management
Excellent communicator with a strong drive
You are assertive while being able to foster trust and collaboration as you listen and find ways to guide and accommodate stakeholders in the change process. You enjoy working in a complex environment and can translate insights into concrete plans and recommendations.
Furthermore, you:
- Have 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Are used to working with a structured approach to change management – ADKAR certification is a plus
- Hold a relevant master’s degree
- Are fluent in English
- Are skilled in data analysis and PowerPoint
