Become a part of building a strategically important global function in LEO Pharma

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. Developing new competences will be a key enabler for LEO Pharma in succeeding with our strategy, so in order to drive strategic competency development a global LEO Pharma Academy has been launched. The Global Training Coordinator will be responsible for the flawless coordination and administration of learning activities along with all operational activities supporting the LEO Pharma Academy.

The job

The LEO Pharma Academy owns and drives strategic competency development across LEO Pharma. With the Academy being a key component of the 2025 strategy, the academy will be responsible for building and driving global learning. The success is measured by the ability to design and deliver solutions that enables the rest of LEO to be successful in executing on the strategy and to LEO people to grow and develop.

The Academy is a new function in LEO Pharma, so you will play a key role in the establishment of the Academy and it is therefore important that you a motivated by the opportunity to build and influence and that you do not expect a fully defined role. During 2020 a global Learning Management System will be rolled out and you are expected to be a super user in this system, setting up and running effective administrative processes.

We work cross-functionally and support or colleagues from around the world. We expect you to be part of a team that ensures top-of-class learning and development at global scale for strategic competences. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrate training courses incl. attendance, sign-up and calendar invites for participants plus setting up effective global processes
  • Support the learning and development manager in the setting up, running and completion of learning programmes, also including data handling
  • Manage LEO Pharma Academy intranet site and later be super user in the Learning Management System – defining and setting up the administrative processes
  • Ensure that the course catalogue and other learning activities are up to date in the Academy
  • Manage all financials for the Academy
  • Responsible for catering and practicalities regarding training including room booking and setup

Furthermore, there will be ad-hoc support tasks such as preparation of training materials, so knowledge of the office-pack is required, in addition to general administrative personnel tasks.

Your qualifications

  • Administration/office management degree
  • Some years of working experience in a similar administrative and coordinating role, ideally from HR
  • and/or training team
  • Experience with LMS systems
  • Mastery in English, written and spoken
  • Global experience is a plus

Furthermore, you must be an excellent collaborator as you will be in contact with many training participants and stakeholders across LEO Pharma. You take pride in handling administrative tasks and practical work in a successful and effective way and finally you are very organized with the ability to keep order and systems when handling many courses, participants and related planning and coordination tasks.

You will join a team of dedicated professionals in Strategy Execution & Change who are driving LEO Pharma’s transformational journey. Our responsibilities cover LEO Pharma’s change roadmap, strategic portfolio management, change management center of excellence and not least LEO Pharma Academy. You will report into the Global Head of Learning & Development.
