At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join the Operations Project Management team (OPM) within Global Operations. Here, you will lead a team of 6 highly skilled persons, who play a key role as operations project managers in our New Product Development process (NPD) by ensuring that our new products are ready for ramp-up and mass production.
“Your team is based in Denmark and China and counts more than 3 different nationalities. This will challenge you on your ability to lead from the distance – and navigate between different cultures,” says Per.
Work with new, innovative audio solutions
As our new team manager, you will ensure that all activities in the team run smoothly and that business targets are met. Your team is responsible for supporting the building of solid business cases and ensuring the right product costs for any new product being launched, from concept to actual product delivery.
This involves mapping risks and ensuring risk mitigation plans covering i.e. products costs, ramp-up plans, supply issues, supplier involvement, etc.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

This involves mapping risks and ensuring risk mitigation plans covering i.e. products costs, ramp-up plans, supply issues, supplier involvement, etc.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure that business case targets and deadlines are met
- Coach, develop and motivate your team, just as you are responsible for recruitments and potential dismissals
- Liaise with a wide array of stakeholders internally and externally, from Sourcing, R&D, Packaging and Logistics to manufacturers
- Establish, monitor and follow up on KPIs
- Support your team with hands-on support for projects when necessary

Team manager with a strong drive

Moreover, you:
- Bring minimum 2 years of experience with team management or lead responsibility
- Probably have a relevant education within engineering or maybe a higher business education or similar
- Bring a technical understanding or the ability to quickly make yourself acquainted with technical aspects within audio solutions
- Have the flexibility to travel around 20-25 days a year to visit your team in China (Shenzhen and Xiamen)
- Speak and write English effortlessly
