Your team is currently undergoing a transformation and increasing our focus on building even stronger customer relationships. We need you to lead them through this transition and establish their new functions – enabling us to make life sound better.

It’s a new day for our customer care
In the Customer Care & Inside Sales support team, we represent the leading brands of smart hearing aids from Beltone, ReSound and Interton. From our location in Ballerup, we provide service and support for our Nordic customers consisting of public and private hearing care professionals – as well as our end users – in Denmark and Sweden.
Your team is made up by 7 Swedish- and Danish-speaking people, and you join us at an exciting time as we are in the middle of handing over the administration of orders to dedicated ordering teams. This way, we free up time to focus on customer care.
“We’re going to collaborate much more with marketing and sales colleagues to reach out to our customers in a new way,” Lone continues.
Lead the team and build their culture
It will be your responsibility to develop the team, keep them motivated and nurture them through these changing times. The plan is for your team to engage much more proactively with our customers and to create even stronger bonds. Like following up on deliveries, offering commercial material on products, keeping better tabs on customer satisfaction or helping them navigating our online ordering system. At the same time, you will get to participate in defining our future role.

- Be a visible and present leader supporting your coworkers
- Develop the team and make sure they thrive – both professionally and personally
- Coordinate tasks to secure an efficient workflow
- Pitch in and help with the customer support whenever needed – as well as join customer visits e.g. related to new product launches
- Facilitate collaboration between your team, Sales and Marketing

Experienced leader with commercial understanding
- You know your way around a customer care department, and if you bring experience with inside sales or marketing, it is a plus
- You have leadership experience and might even have been through a restructuring or transformation giving you insights into change management – though this is not a requirement
- You know how to balance managing your team and helping out with the customer contact
