Your mission

As HR Operations Specialist, you will support our HR team by structuring processes, administering systems, and ensuring we stay current with all labor law practices. You will play an integral role in making operations run smoothly and giving employees the best possible experience in terms of clear procedures, fair practices, and opportunities for giving feedback.

With your help, we will make Queue-it a place where people are empowered to do what they’re naturally best at.

What you get to do every day

  • Handle the administrative part of HR processes i.e., create contracts and addenda, handle personnel files, and GDPR compliance procedures

  • Administer HR systems (BambooHR) and tools

  • Stay current with labor law practices and keep internal processes up to date

  • Administer and optimize employee review process, including training new managers on procedures, reporting to management, and developing action plans for improvement

  • Conduct exit interviews, make reports and action plans to improve turnover together with the team

  • Update and implement Employee Rewarding processes together with the team

  • Close-out of outgoing employee systems access and business accounts

  • Support HR Director and collaborate with global team on all People & Culture matters

What you bring to the team

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR or Business Administration) or equivalent education or experience

Experience:

  • Minimum five years’ experience within Human Resources

  • Solid knowledge of Danish Labor Law

  • Experience with process operations optimization

Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English and Danish

  • User-level knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Mindset:

  • You do not take a no for an answer

  • You are an independent self-starter

  • Flexible and strong on talents like focus, trouble-shooting, and individualization

  • Positive, team-oriented, and a can-do attitude

Practicalities

The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.

The Queue-it headquarters is currently located in Ballerup but will be moving to central Copenhagen in summer 2021. Employees should be local (we support relocation!) but can enjoy the flexibility to work from home or in the office.
