Are you an experienced team lead within customer care and order pick and pack? You will get the opportunity to focus on managing our regional Order Management team and lead the execution of customer orders in a global tech company that makes life sound better for people all over the world.
Take charge of order management & Fulfillment in the EMEA region
At GN Audio, we are leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions and as our new fulfillment Team lead, you take the lead of a team of 11 order management professionals. The team members are situated in Denmark, Germany, France and UK. As part of the GN Audio fulfillment division that covers the EMEA region, including Denmark and Poland, you will take on a hands-on role in a diverse team with different social and cultural backgrounds.
You will optimize order execution and supervise your team
As our new team lead, your focus points will be to ensure that orders are properly received, processed and delivered in accordance to our customer service standards, manage the fulfillment flow and at the same time, optimize our processes. Doing so, you work closely with your team and other cross-functional teams across regions, making sure everything runs smoothly and that we reach department KPIs.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
“You will also support new business development. For example, we are going to implement a new platform for our ERP system. For this, you will pitch in with ideas as to how we should create new ways of working and how we can optimize our processes,” explains Helle Bishop, Senior Manager, Regional Planning & Fulfillment, EMEA, whom you will be reporting to.
You will also travel to our site in Poland approximately 15-20 days a year to meet with local colleagues, participate in workshops etc.

- Review and streamline working procedures to improve operation efficiency according to business and customer needs
- Have one-on-one performance as well as mid-year reviews with your team, making sure each of your employees thrives, develops and succeeds
- Participate in weekly and quarterly business review meetings with the Sales team as well as weekly online meetings with our fulfillment site in Poland
- Handle daily distribution service-related operations and help solve the issues raised among service providers and direct customers

- Have a business degree in logistics, shipping or similar
- Have solid experience in a fast-paced business environment managing a team within order fulfillment management, customer service or logistics
- Have a deep understanding of working in a global organization with different cultures
- Experience with Dynamix AX or similar ERP is an advantage
- Speak and write English effortlessly
