Can you, implement and maintain a global process and role based GxP training standard?

You are the one to make this happen with attention from top management.
Plan and lead the global roll out through a high change management focus
Your overall objective is to prepare the implementation and maintenance of one global, process and role based GxP training setup, to ensure employees across the organization have the skills needed to be effective and compliant in their roles/functions. First you will get acquainted with the “as is” and “to be” training setup. Accordingly, you will build awareness in the organisation about the new process and role based training standard, prepare a roll out strategy, followed by, preparation and implementation of the new standard. Across all parts of your tasks solid stakeholder management is of vital importance in order to succeed. As part of this you must know when to stand your ground and when to seek a good compromise. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Act as process owner delegate for the global GxP Training process
- Effectively launch and anchor a new global process and role based training standard, across the organisation
- Act as Business Lead when a new electronic learning management training system is approved
- Continuously develop the GxP learning culture across the organisation through realising the training strategy
- Ensure training initiatives are effective and compliant with regulatory guidelines through collaboration with functional partners
- Lead the definition and implementation of the most effective GxP learning methods (i.e., video, classroom, virtual instructor-led, etc.)
- Create and establish a “train the trainer program”
- Develop and implement a GxP training onboarding program
- Support regulatory (i.e. DKMA, EMA), inspections when necessary
- Ensure global visibility through strong communication and change management focus
You have a close collaboration with the Local Training Managers, the Training Process group, the Training Operation Team and your QMS process owner delegate colleagues. As a Business Lead, you will additionally have a close collaboration with the IT Project Manager that will focus on the overall project plan, budget and technology while you as business lead will ensure that the content and user interface reflect the needs in the business. You will be based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen with none or very limited travel activities.
Solid and broad experience within GxP training
We are looking for a positive GxP training expert. As such, you must be able to clearly communicate “why, what, who and when”, and you must thrive in a role where you are the one to drive things forward and to find solutions to the many challenges you will meet on the way. Additionally your CV comprises:
- A university degree at Master’s level
- Experience with establishment of a GxP training system
- Ability to design, develop, implement and maintain effective training programs
- Basic knowledge of FDA and EU GxP requirements
- Expert knowledge within GxP Training regulations and guidelines
- Solid process understanding
- Project management experience
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Good IT and system understanding – you can make systems support humans
