Do you enjoy helping people and are you detail- oriented? Do you have experience within HR Operations and have worked with employment contracts and have knowledge of the Danish labour law?
As our new HR Operations Specialist you will join our Global HR team in an OMX C25 company, and be based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup. You will be part of a truly collaborative environment and report directly to the Global VP of HR. You work closely with stakeholders within Global HR and are the go- to person regarding HR Operations in Denmark.
Ambu develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide depend on the functionality and performance of our innovative life- saving products.
Your Responsibility
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within HR Operations and you will have a key position in making sure we can support our organization. You will be responsible for your own area within HR Operations, but also give support to other functions in HR. We’re on a digital journey in HR, where you will play a part in the success of digitalizing HR Operations in our HRIS SuccessFactors. You help support the organization with your experience of HR Operations , and in making sure data is always up to date and accurate.
Your main tasks will be:
• Draft employment contract and addendums
• Confirm agreements on maternity leave/leave in general
• Data gathering and report creation upon request and help improving HR data quality
• Prepare onboarding for local foreign hires including processes related to relocation and tax
• Maintain, collect and register Employee data in order to comply to Standard Operation Procedures and prepare for audit from any Authorities – both in hard copy and SuccessFactors
• Update policies and processes in accordance to new legislation
• Assist with the annual salary regulation preparation, the annual bonus payout and coordination of the global employee share program
• Coordinate training sessions and assist with global HR events
Your Background
To succeed in this position, you are service minded and have a passion for details and master both Word and Excel. You have knowledge of Danish Labor Law and collective agreements. You have relevant experience working with HR, business administration or legal. Most importantly you are interested in supporting HR Operations in Ambu and give support to our HR Business Partners, managers and employees in a timely manner.
As Ambu is a global company, it is key that you master the English in speech and writing and that you have a global mind-set in relation to both colleagues and business opportunities. For this position, it is also required that you are able to speak Danish fluently.
As a person, you are positive, collaborative, and a self-starter.
