Job Description
We not only offer you a job, but we also give you something to identify with. Reporting to the Nordic HR Director, you will get a chance to work with best-in-class HR on a Nordic level, with colleagues and stakeholders across our region. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks and function as first point of contact for line managers, senior management as well as HR colleagues from our other entities in our region.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Recruitment activities in close collaboration with HRBPs and hiring managers.
- Onboarding and offboarding activities, introduction meetings and a constant development of procedures to ensure a smooth and competitive process.
- Master data and HRIT maintenance. Main responsible for maintaining associate and organizational master data in our HRIT systems.
- HR legal activities in collaboration with our legal advisors and HRBPs in Denmark. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about the legal aspect of HR and relevant Danish legislations.
- Annual salary review for the Nordic region.
- International mobility and expat management. We have expatriation activities going both in and out of the Nordics, and you will be main responsible for the handling of salary calculations and ensuring our policies on international mobility is adhered to.
- International HR Project such as the implementation of new standards, guidelines, policies, or system implementations.
- Support HRBPs with various ad hoc actives.
Qualifications
We imagine that you are educated within a relevant field and have a few years of experience within HR, preferably from a complex matrix organization. HR at Bosch is going through transformation activities in which we aim to become a more efficient HR function with less administrative activities allowing us to be closer to our business; therefore, it would be seen as a great advantage if you have experience with this. In addition, we imagine that you:
- Are fluent in English both verbally and in writing as well as fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
- Possesses strong IT competencies as you will be working with several HRIT systems and as digitalization is becoming increasingly important also in HR.
- Are self-directed, with a strong sense of initiative and have the ability to work in an international environment.
- Have a service-minded approach. HR is a support function, and you will be supporting our colleagues around the Nordics a great deal.
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is considered an advantage. If you do not know these systems, strong IT skills will get you up to speed quickly.
