Join a HR department in Development
To become even better at supporting the Danish organisation of over 1000 employees, we are in the middle of establishing a new team: HR Support Denmark. Stepping into our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of this journey along with 4 recruitment and business partnering colleagues – supporting a range of management levels of our Danish organisation.

Become the HR Business Partner for our Danish Pilot Plant
You will support the Senior HR Business Partner for Innovation with providing excellent HR assistance to managers in our Danish Innovation organisation. Here, you will be independently responsible for supporting our Pilot Plant in Mørdrup, employing approx. 200 employees. In addition, you will support the Senior HR Business Partner for Innovation in providing HR Support for Team Leaders and Head Ofs in HQ. To be able to deliver attentive HR services, you will work from Mørdrup around 2 days a week.

Become the HR Business Partner for our Danish Pilot Plant
You will support the Senior HR Business Partner for Innovation with providing excellent HR assistance to managers in our Danish Innovation organisation. Here, you will be independently responsible for supporting our Pilot Plant in Mørdrup, employing approx. 200 employees. In addition, you will support the Senior HR Business Partner for Innovation in providing HR Support for Team Leaders and Head Ofs in HQ. To be able to deliver attentive HR services, you will work from Mørdrup around 2 days a week.
Your tasks will be to:
- Act as an entrusted advisor and sounding board to the Pilot Plant VP and her management team through day-to-day support
- Function as a change management agent, supporting managers with the change management processes involved in the rollout of new initiatives both in Pilot Plant and in the Innovation Unit in HQ
- Support and guide hiring managers with recruitment processes from A-Z, where you are especially engaged with personality tests and 2nd interviews to make sure we get the right match onboard. You will primarily be involved in recruitments of highly specialized employees e.g. Principal Scientists, Senior Project Managers and People Managers.
- Manage HR people cycle processes, e.g. onboarding of managers and driving performance and development processes as well as people surveys and results
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner for Innovation with data analysis tasks – e.g. salary analyses – to make our HR function even more data-driven
Self-driven profile with broad HR experience
You have the skillset it takes to work independently with your own area of responsibility and know how to collaborate with people across levels and functions. Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant master’s degree
- Have broad experience with different HR disciplines, preferably you already have a few years of experience as an HR business partner
- Speak and write English and Danish fluently
- Have a huge advantage if you have some experience with HR legislation and collective agreements in the Danish labour market
