Are you experienced within employment law, and are you a committed team player who wants to make a difference for H&M Group Denmark’s Danish employees? On behalf of H&M Group Denmark, Randstad is looking for a full-time HR Legal Advisor for the Danish Support Office in central Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities
As a HR Legal Advisor at H&M Group Denmark, you will be a part of the Danish HR Legal team. The team are responsible for securing and developing the legal standards within employment law and employee relations. As the HR Legal Advisor, you will be a trusted advisor for managers and employees at H&M Group Denmark, and your core responsibilities will amongst other things include:
• In collaboration with the Global Headquarter, you will be responsible for managing global mobility cases, including securing compliance with both local legislation and global standards of H&M Group Demark
• Manage and develop the social security program
• Provide legal support within employment law
• Support the Country Data Privacy Coordinator in observing data privacy compliance within the HR area
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of H&M Group Denmark’s internal HRM system as well as user support and training
• Ad hoc tasks and projects
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M Group Demark, you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and with a positive attitude. Your personal qualities also include:
• 2-3 years of experience with employment law preferably in an international environment
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Global mobility and social security
• Curious by nature and interested in learning and exploring new ways of working within your area of expertise
• Strong communicational skills and the ability to make the complex simple
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Danish – especially within the legal field
