Studiejob - Frederiksberg

Georg Jensen is looking for a Part-time or Student Assistant to join our Global HR team located at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will work closely with both the HR Partner and the Learning & Development Manager. The hours will be approx. 10-20 hours a week.

The role
The position is a support function for the two areas. The HR Partner acts as a sparring partner for managers in the company and is responsible for various HR processes and work environment related tasks and drives all recruitment related matters. The Learning & Development Managers develops, drives, and deploys relevant L&D activities. The criteria for success in this position will be the ability to thrive with administrative tasks, drive own tasks and projects, being able to have independent work assignments and work within both areas in question.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Recruitment tasks such as administration of system and other assignments
  • Onboarding tasks such as planning introduction day
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Handle employee anniversary celebrations
  • Prepare reports and data from LMS and Recruitment system
  • Access card administration
  • Update Organizational Chart
  • Other ad-hoc tasks in close collaboration with the HR Partner and Learning & Development Manager

The ideal candidate has the following competences:
  • Able to work systematically
  • Self-driven within well-defined settings
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Thrives working in various systems, such as LMS and Recruitment systems
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Can-do-attitude and team player
  • Business proficiency in English and Danish, in both written and spoken language
  • Completed first year of Bachelor studies from a business school (preferably CBS) and/or one year of experience in a similar position
