The role as HR Coordinator
Scandinavian Tobacco Group is transforming the way the Group is organized, working and doing business. Group HR is going through a digital transformation, where new profiles are being on-boarded to deliver on the increasing needs for HR operational excellence, global standardized processes and digital service deliveries, always with our customers in the center.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced People Shared Services Professional with a digital mindset who wants to play a key role in transforming traditional HR operations into a world class digital operation delivering high quality services to employees in STG. You find passion and motivation in maneuvering in a fast-changing cross-functional environment, having multiple interactions with IT, Finance, HR process owners and experts, your peers in People Shared Services and interacting with candidates, employees and managers in STG.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Deliver people services such as onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, reporting, benefit administration and other HR ad hoc tasks
• Be 1st line support for our customers (candidates, employees and managers) to answer questions or requests related to policies, data, processes or other HR related questions and requests
• Support your HR colleagues on the use of our systems and the delivery of our services
• Maintain employee master data and keep a focus on data quality
• Support the standardization of our processes by providing input and acting on how we can improve the delivery of our services
• Support our global process owners on the implementation and operation of global processes
• Support the transformation to digital service deliveries
The tasks will thus be a mix of traditional HR operational tasks and project-oriented tasks regarding digitalization and process implementation and improvements.
You will work from our headquarter in the greater Copenhagen area in Denmark. You will be reporting to our Head of People Shared Services Europe. Our scope is European, and you should therefore anticipate approx. 5-10 travel days per year, to which you will have some influence on when they are scheduled.
What is needed to succeed?
You may already have 4-5 years of HR experience. Most importantly, however, you are curious, have a digital mind-set are customer oriented and want to contribute to the digital transformation of HR in STG - and you should be able to enjoy the changes and opportunities that are created as we become more and more digitally driven in our HR operations.
Your strong interpersonal skills, your personality and structure quickly make you a trusted colleague and advisor to the business.
More about you:
• You have a relevant academic degree
• You have an understanding of HR operations and Shared Services
• You have experience with HRIS, preferably with SuccessFactors and with HR service management systems
• You are excited to create results through effective HR work
• You have good collaborative skills
• You are detail-oriented, and you can keep many balls in the air
• You are a strong communicator
• You master our corporate language (English)
