Continuous growth requires a long term dedication to finding the right people at the right time. To better drive the talent agenda, we are now building a specialist function within our HR team and we are looking for someone to take the lead.
To be successful in this role, you will have between 3-5 years of relevant experience in either corporate or agency recruitment, and you are passionate about developing new relationships and identifying talent. You are a team player who takes initiative while also working independently with a structured approach to your work. You deliver quality, have a good eye on the detail as well as a good business understanding. Experience with recruitment systems will be highly valued. The progression for this role will be growing into a Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe.
About you:
You have a structured approach to creating, driving and leading value creating and scalable processes within talent acquisition. You have a strong business understanding and the ability to challenge and support hiring managers throughout the process. You have solid people skills and are able to use these to find the best candidates that match the STG culture whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
You understand the importance of stakeholder management and you act with a cross-organizational mindset.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Help design and drive our talent acquisition strategy
• Design and implement a value creating recruitment process supporting in achieving our new strategy
• Take full ownership of talent acquisition to support the hiring managers and the business in the best possible way
• Collaborate and work closely with hiring managers and teams on what a good candidate looks like to ensure we hire the highest level of skilled professionals
• Analyze and decide on the most fitting recruitment strategy for each position (use of agencies, specific search, where and how to advertise)
• Be the decision-maker for external recruitment partners to make sure the internal STG process for recruitment ensuring a great candidate experience is followed
• Training of hiring managers and teams on how to conduct a quality interview
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with the Business Partners to ensure good communication and high quality results.
• Support prioritization of pending recruitments to make sure the recruitments are aligned with overall company priorities and strategies
• Analyze the current employer brand and contribute in designing and planning new initiatives to improve employer branding, ensuring visibility to potential candidates
• Drive sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates when needed
You will be reporting into our Head of People Shared Services and working in our HQ office in Gentofte, with a flexible working from home approach.

The Global HR team includes 60+ dedicated employees located across our Group, from Southeast Asia across Europe to the Americas.
