Would you like to set the scene for DSV´s Group systems in close cooperation with our stakeholders and business process owners? Head a department with 3 teams
As Director for Group Systems, part of Global IT Finance & Group Systems, you will lead both leaders and employees in a department consisting of 21 colleagues, across 4 different countries. Covering the global HR & Group Systems in DSV, the teams among others cover SAP SuccessFactors, our IAM solution and various compliance applications.
You will focus on developing the strategy for your area and continue the effort to build and develop the department ensuring the right focus and strong teams now and in the future. As part of the management team in Finance & Group Systems IT, you will furthermore play an active role in developing the strategy for the organisation.
Lead the strategic and functional development
You will lead your teams ensuring both support and stable operations as well as development.
This requires you to lead, motivate and ensure structure, as well as working together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organisation.
This will include responsibilities such as:
You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Global IT.
You will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene and can travel activity 1-3 days a month.

- Proactively lead your teams to ensure stable operations as well as keeping an eye on new developments.
- Managing the key stakeholders within the IT stream of the project implementation, making sure that project deliveries are on time.
- Ensuring structure and the creation of concepts for each technical area.
- Help to develop the right integration strategy to local systems and potential other systems.
- Ensure adherence to DSV policies and procedures, responsible for IT audits and compliance.
You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Global IT.

We emphasise that:
- you have solid experience with stakeholder management in global organisations
- you have experience as a line manager in an IT organisation
- you may hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT and have experience in handling projects
- you have experience with implementing and developing IT tools, from either consultancy or a large international organisation.
- you have a solid experience in complex IT landscapes.
- you are fluent in written and spoken English and have solid communication skills.
